Rick Seddon, the founder and president of Seddon Marketing, is the expert when it comes to new construction. With over 25 years of experience, he does it all from finding the land, helping facilitate the development, designing and selecting innovative floor plans, marketing the community and the new homes, and everything in between. He’s there for his clients from the very beginning and long after the community is sold out. He’s very hands on and will do whatever it takes to get the job done. Rick approaches his team with much of the same mindset, ensuring that everyone has the necessary tools to be successful and help better serve our clients.
Rick has been a reoccurring award recipient at John L Scott with his most recent award of Top 1% in the Western Washington District for 2018. When Rick isn’t busy meeting with Builders and laying out plans for the next exciting community to be released, you will find him sharpen up skills in trainings, or attending a seminar. Rick prides himself on the belief that his Real Estate knowledge is not a destination with an ending point but rather a journey that is ever evolving with his deep-rooted desire to always strive for more.
